1) General Information:

At WBDIAM, we offer gemstones available directly from our warehouse as well as stones that we import for our clients from sellers around the world.

We package the stones in sealed string bags or sealed boxes, depending on the value of the stone or the customer's special request.

All orders are securely packaged to reach the customer in an undamaged condition.

Every shipment is insured for its full value.

POLAND:

Standard Shipping (InPost Courier) - 20zł (delivery time 1-2 business days)

FREE POLAND SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE 500zł

EUROPE:

Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx) - 150zł (delivery time 2-5 business days)

FREE EUROPE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE 1000zł

WORLDWIDE:

Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx) - 300zł (delivery time 3-10 business days)

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE 3000zł

The packing process of each shipment at WBDIAM is recorded, and we also photograph the position of all warranty seals on the package with the stone.

2) Stones Available In Stock:

Stones available in stock are usually shipped on the same business day if the customer has paid for the order by 2:00 PM.

3) Imported Stones:

Imported stones are shipped using the same shipping methods as the stones available in stock. However, the waiting time for shipment averages 7-14 business days.

(In exceptional cases, the waiting time may be extended to 30 business days).

Imported stones are shipped from our headquarters in Poland!

All costs related to importing the stone and customs clearance are included in the price - no hidden additional costs!

4) Personal Pickup:

Personal pickup is also possible in Poznan at the following address: ul. Karpia 11/105.

Personal pickup is available only after prior contact with WBDIAM and payment of the order online.

5) International Shipping:

WBDIAM offers worldwide shipping.

We offer:

Courier Shipping (delivery time 3-10 business days).

For imported stones, please note that there will be additional waiting time for the specific stone to be imported to our warehouse in Poland before it is shipped.
