RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I) Right of withdrawal from the agreement:

Exclusion of the right to withdraw from the contract - all investment diamonds.

(Art. 38. - [Exceptions from the right to withdraw from the contract] - Consumer rights. - POLISH LAW) You cannot withdraw from the contract if you buy a product that is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that may occur before the withdrawal period expires and the sellers have no influence on this.

Other stones are subject to a default 14-day return period.

FAILURE TO COLLECT THE SHIPMENT: Failure to collect the shipment is not a form of withdrawal from the contract. In the event of failure to collect the shipment, the customer will be required to cover the cost of resending the goods.

II) Consequences of withdrawal from the agreement:

In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the shipment costs. The refund will be made without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement and upon receipt of the returned goods.

The payments received from you will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank account specified by you, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the Customer's statement and the returned goods.

The customer is obliged to return the purchased product in an unchanged condition - the seals on the packaging must be intact!

A customer returning the goods without or with broken warranty seals should expect a refusal to accept the return. If the customer received a product specified as free/promotional with the order, they are also obliged to return that product.

III) Complaint procedure:

1. In the event that the Consumer discovers non-conformity of the purchased product with the agreement, they have the right to submit a complaint.

2. The complaint should be made in writing and include:

a) identification of the product being complained about,

b) description of the identified defects,

c) the customer's request related to the submitted complaint.

3. The complaint should be sent to the Seller's address. If the customer requests repair or replacement of the product in accordance with the agreement or withdraws from the sales agreement in whole or in part, they should include the complained-about product.

4. The Seller is obliged to provide a written response to the complaint within 14 days from its receipt, along with a justification of their position.
