WBD GRADING REPORT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) General information:
All certificates issued by WBDIAM are provided as a free addition to the purchased gemstone.
The WBD grading report is not produced in a professional gemological laboratory and should be treated as an opinion and an expanded version of the stone description.
WBDIAM does not profit from issuing WBD Grading Reports.
The customer should consider that sending the stone to a professional gemological laboratory may yield slightly different results compared to those on the WBD Grading Report, as each laboratory follows its own examination and assessment methods.
The WBD Grading Report is available only in digital form (PDF).
2) Certification process:
WBDIAM uses high-quality domestic laboratory equipment for stone certification, including a microscope, jeweler's loupe, digital jeweler's caliper, and jeweler's scale.
The color, clarity, and cut quality of the stone are determined by comparing them to other stones (certified by professional gemological laboratories).
WBDIAM does not issue certificates for stones outside the offered inventory.
3) Exception:
The WBD Import Grading Report (2023) is issued based on the data provided by the company from which we import the specific stone, as well as high-quality photos and videos provided to us.
Upon the customer's request, WBDIAM can create a new WBD certificate and take new photos or videos when the stone arrives in Poland - this service is free of charge.
4) Returns:
The WBD Grading Report comes in a digital form, it does not have to be returned.
